EMILIE BOUCHARD JOINED THE BEAUDRY, BERTRAND TEAM IN 2018.
Emilie Bouchard joined the Beaudry Bertrand team in 2018 after articling and working at another law firm in the Outaouais region. Ms. Bouchard also worked as a lawyer for Legal Aid before joining the firm.
FORMATION
In 2014, Ms. Bouchard graduated with honours from the civil law program at the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she appeared every year on the Dean’s List of the Faculty of Law for her academic results. In 2015, Ms. Bouchard was called to the Bar after having successfully completed the training program at the Quebec Bar School.
FAMILY LAW
Ms. Bouchard practises in family law and appears on a regular basis before the Superior Court in Family Court, more precisely regarding:
- Custody;
- Support (children and spousal);
- Divorces (family patrimony and matrimonial regime);
- Separation from bed and board;
INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Bouchard is also involved among her peers as a member of the board of directors of the Young bar of Outaouais and among the community as the vice-president of the board of directors of the Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes de l’Outaouais.
