Pierre McMartin, Partner
Mr McMartin joined the Beaudry, Bertrand team in November 1981 and is a partner since 1985. As an experienced lawyer, he has participated in several commercial and real estate transactions in the Outaouais region. He has developed an expertise in litigation, which leads him to regularly appear before the court. He is involved in many major trials.
Guy Bélanger, Partner
Counsel with thirty-five years of legal experience, Mr Bélanger joined the Beaudry, Bertrand team in January 1998, as a partner. Mr Bélanger’s diverse practice brought him to appear before all judicial and administrative bodies in Quebec.
Nério De Candido
Mr Nerio De Candido has expertise in litigation, with an emphasis in commercial and administrative law, and related fields of practice. For more than 3 decades, he has acted on behalf of numerous public and private corporate entities, including various municipalities, school boards, and private commercial corporations.
Ms Kim Gauthier-LeBreton joined the Beaudry, Bertrand team in 2009 as an articling student and then become a junior lawyer at the firm. Having earned her law degree in both Civil Litigation (LL.L) and in Common Law (LL.B) from the University of Ottawa, Me Gauthier-LeBreton is an active member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2010.
Ms Emilie Bouchard joined the Beaudry Bertrand team in 2018 after articling and working at another law firm in the Outaouais region. Ms. Bouchard also worked as a lawyer for Legal Aid before joining the firm.
Ms Vanasse joined the Beaudry Bertrand team in 2018 after articling at the firm as a student.
Ms Plouffe-Melançon joined the Beaudry Bertrand team in 2018 after articling at the firm as a student.
Ms Larin-Larouche joined the Beaudry Bertrand team in July 2019 as a layer. She mainly practices civil and commercial litigation.
Mr. Gélineau's expertise, thoroughness and analytical skills are regularly called upon by a varied clientele faced with complex legal problems, mainly in construction law, real estate law and municipal law.
